Your required .02mm would only be .00078 "

The math for your example is:

25.4mm divided by 12 =2.11mm ,divided by 360 degrees=.00587, times 10 degrees = .05879mm
conversion to inch =.0023"
So , if you want to know the measure by degree of the nut turned , it would be .00587mm for each degree turned. A little less than 4 degrees turn will give you the .02mm.....
Assuming you have a 12 threads per inch axle thread.
