Here is the tool build. I give all credit and acknowledgments to Arthur Dalton for making this available to me. And you might very well need to still seek his assistance to read the codes once you get them. I have a few but not all of them. let me know when you get it built. This is my first attachment so this may not work.
I revamped the drawing a little being mine was a bit faded.
Oops guess you already found it but I want to try an attachment anyway....
