I have the rear seat back (no bottom) from my '84 300SD for sale. The actual seat is in excellent condition, but the top part of the leather exposed to the rear glass has been somewhat "tanned" over its 20 years of existence. The rest of the leather has been tanned a bit as well, but not much at all. Overall, the leather is in great shape. I'm getting rid of it as I just replaced mine with one from an '86 560SEL with headrests, seat heating coils and power seat motor attached.
