The dealer would sell fuel grade hose by the meter at some ridiculous price but I'm sure you could get it at any good auto parts store for much less. You should be able to estimate the length when you get the old ones off - and the price should be low enough that you can buy some extra. It's a good preventive measure on an older car like that.
