My coolant light came on a few times in very cold weather after the car had been parked overnight. I bought the MB coolant. The owner's manual said that I should fill to the black top of the coolant reservoir when the coolant is cold. I assume the maximum level is the LOWEST part of the black top. Can someone confirm that? Why can't MB put minimum and maximum marks like other cars?
