update:

well, after bypassing the one line, and leaving the fender side line on the Servo, I noticed a leak from the unused Servo ports. Turns out the Servo is indeed cracked, and must leak internally...
So I just got another 2' piece of 3/4, and ran it right around the piece of junk, now she gives pleny o heat, with no leaks.
The heat does not seem to be present when the blower is off!
We don't need no stinkin servos!
