The police in Cape May have nothing better to do. A tourist town and you were in the wrong place at the wrong time. Until about 4 years ago I Also seem to be in the wrong place an the wrong time. Then a friend told me about these little metal police decals. You screw them into your license plate. They say MEmber Fraternal Order Of Police. I never get pulled over or get a parking ticket with this little gem. Now I don't drive 55 in a school zone but they police seem to pass you by for any minor infractions. You can go to ebay and search FOP they usually sell for $20-$30.
