Tell me you didn't get out of the car with it in drive? Don't worry so much about it running without oil for 60 seconds or so. I'd be more worried had it ran for longer than 4 or 5 min. You can check for shiny metal shavings from under the oil pan or what's left of it. The only way you can really know if it did damage which I seriously doubt is to put a new Oil Pan on and check it out.
