Well, it appears that the Klima now is the more suspect component.

I went out today in the balmy 26 degree weather to fix my heat. Sure enough, the monovalve has a small tear in the diaphragm.

I cannot, for the life of me, figure out why this results in no heat. The valve needs to actuate downward to close off the flow. You would think that a torn diaphragm would not allow this.

I took the rubber stopper off the end of the valve and put it back together. I might not freeze if I need to use it tonight.
