I know this is probably something you checked but has your pan taken any hits lately from the road?

It might be worth it, while you have the pan off to do your filter and check things out in there, to have a good look at the pan and check for small holes/bent-ness that would allow leaking.

Hope your flaring dissapears as that concerns me more than drippyness
