The hold down bolt isn't really torqued to an ungodly ammount, but sure seems that way. A quick blast from an impact will probably do it but I would worry about rapidly stripping the bolt. I use a breaker bar and two people. One holding the wheel the other running the breaker bar, DO NOT use the steering wheel lock to hold the wheel!

Once the bolt is removed the wheel will just lift off.
