The secret is to make sure
all the fasteners are out before a whackin' on it and to use a BIG hammer for a One Shot Deal.
The pieces of phenolic in my toolbox weren't long enough and I didn't trust the 6000/7000 alloy series of aluminum drifts that
were to do it without marring the manifold. I settled on a 1" x 1" piece of pressure treated pine that I had leftover from mounting my wife's Bluebird houses.
