It's interesting to see all of the controversey in the two threads currently running on this car.

I realize that most of you are quite loyal to your 617's and that you take offense that I would suggest that my 300SD is a logical replacement. But , it's just my opinion, that's all...As I said earlier. Make of it what you will.

I don't see any W140 diesels anymore, so when one comes about I get excited...
