What they said plus fill the spin on fuel filter with diesel. It really is going to need to go in a hot garage. You can try a 150,000-175,000 BTU kerosene torpedo heater. Jack the car up a bit and have the torpedo heater blow under it while keeping the hood closed to trap the heat in.
