Got the bushing and seal out!!! I took Pete Burton's advice and made a small puller here is what I did.

Took "2" 1/4 fender washers, used the bench grinder and ground down two flat sides on each (like a double "D", it almost looks like this "0") Then drilled a 3/8 whole in each washer. Then I used a 1/4 carage bolt, slid the two washers on the bolt, and fidded them onto the back of the bushing in the tranny, this was pretty easy. Then I used a flat peice of iron with a hole in the middle and a 1/4 washer and nut and pulled the assy. out. Of course the flat iron rests on the outside of the tranny. Its pretty simple and worked rather fast. It took me about 15 mins to make the puller and pull out the bushing and the seal. I used two washers for strength, you might be able to get by with just one. The good part about the 1/4 fender washers is they fit just right into the back of the bushing, and no damage can happen to the tranny case. Hope this helps someone!
