Without some tools this is going to be tough.

Does the engine run smoothly during the time it runs? How long does it run? Knowing fuel pressure here would be a benefit.

You might try lifting all the injectors out of the cylinder head (still connected to the fuel distributor). See if they leak when the fuel pump runs. (Do you know how to make the fuel pump run?) Try jumping the fuel pump relay and verify the injectors don't leak. Then depress the plate in the airflow meter. Fuel should come out of all injectors evenly. BE CAREFUL the sprayed fuel will make a big fire if ignited.

BTW you might try jumping the pump relay and see if the engine runs any longer before going to all the other trouble.
