Simply purchase several spare primary and secondary fuel filters to catch all the accumulated crap washed out by the solvent properties inherent in Biodiesel, and you'll be just fine. Your MBs inline pump is lubricated by engine oil, not the fuel itself, so you shouldn't experience any direct adverse effects due to the bio. On the contrary, you'll find the engine should idle much smoother, and the prechambers will be less prone to coking--good stuff, and MBs luv it.
You should definitely replace any worn fuel return hoses or a leaking primer pump prior to switchover, but otherwise, it should virtually be "plug and play".
