mercedes 300td looking for good wvo

Hello pretty new to the forum. I started collecting wvo today. I do not think it went very well. The donor is willing to give me the cubbies. They looked good from about 10 feet away. sysco uniquely corn & canola. Well when I got close enough to read the label it is partially hydrogenated corn and canola. THIS IS BAD CORRECT? I looked in an empty cubby that had new oil in it , and the new dregs are white and creamy at room temp, this is also bad ?
My question is what are some of the name brands to look for that are good for wvo fuel. I am sure sysco has a lot of different oils. What are some of the names to look for?
Also is there an easy way to take the euro headlight covers off to clean them on the inside. I have one that has some small holes in it from road debris, and I guess over the years it has collected quite a bit of dirt and grime in there which adversly affects the brightness of the light?
Thanks
