OK yall, another nondescript IP question. To quickly review, I'm looking for an IP for my '80 wagon. Bosch plate had "KW 375\2200MW 27.1" That 375 we are assuming has something to do with delivery volume, or somesuch. On a website I visited who sold IP's, for NA 300D's, it is broken up into '77-79' and '80-81'. The difference seems to be that 375/350 difference, and 135 bar/115 bar injectors.
Someone emailed me who is familiar with MB's, and said I could use the IP from a turbo (also marked 375) and "circumvent the boost limiter" and "leave the idle up booster disconnected". He said otherwise they are similiar. But seems like there are alda(would that be boost limiter) differences amongst other conflicts.
Any feedback would sure be appreciated. My mechanic is sick of my wagon, and I would like it back (working, that is).
