Sorry, comparing a Toyota Tacoma or Honda to a F350 is a little like comparing apples and oranges. Pickups vs. truck.

I have an older F250 with a 6.9L and during a rebuild you needed a crowbar to remove and install it. Taking 2 hours for removal and 4 hours to install, inch-by-inch by mechanics who do this often. Removing the cab may actually be quicker.
