Engineering things to be difficult to work on isn't a new concept for any manufacturer. I learned about 90% of my cuss words (and combinations) listening to my dad (30+ year indy mechanic) complain about automotive engineers. You have to remember there is usually a reason things are done the way they are, even if it isn't obvious to the poor mechanic having to do the work.
