What hurt me more than anything was 2 days before I had hurt my wrist and could not make a fist or pic anything up. So I packed my wrist in ice and used a wrap, but I'm still in a lot of pain so I hurt something in there. If you get in the gym and keep at it you can go up wasily the key is keeping in the gym, most people quit after a few weeks.
As for the Bondo I guess shops don't use it anymore as much they are going to do some from the bottom side and the rest pull and then level it from what I was told. My car would be a big pile of bondo otherwise
