Firstly since the new W211 E55's have come out with 470hp vs 350? or so, I would imagin the W210 E55's resale value should be dropping.

If you are going to buy an E55 spend the money and get a nice car and enjoy it. I wouldn't touch that car.

For $17k buy a nice E500.
