I have been wanting to write a letter to Mercedes Benz of America for some time to voice some complaints. You can never say enough to a dealer and trying to get a zone rep to contact you is impossible. I have sent e-mails through the "Contact us" area of the MBUSA web site but my first experience seemed like it was just another customer service rep that really didn't care and I got no response to my second letter via that same service. Does anyone have a name and address or email address for someone that actually cares at MBUSA????
