If a newspaper atricle says something is not a priority does that mean that it's not?

I don't think so if the war on terror was not being fought inside the US we could stand on our front porchs and count the smoke plumes coming from the big cities.

The last time I checked they did let a couple would be terrorist attacks in CONUS go public and I'd much rather see our troops killing terroist in Iraq instead of Detroit.
