I recently built a led s/w for my car and I'm getting the following 2 codes:

PIN 8 ECU #13 O2S (Lambda) control system operating at rich or lean limit

PIN 14 CC/ETA #11 Closed throttle recognition signal to engine control module (HFM-SFI or Left LH-SFI)


I gather the first one means I need a new O2 sensor, but I can't find any info on the second code. Anyone know? Thanks
