I have not had to debug a problem like this. But I can tell you this car uses something called the "convenience relay" - might not have the name exactly right. The front window switches and door locks are connected to it. It is what makes the express down feature work.

Your car has a feature where the windows can be rolled down and sunroof opened by holding the key in the unlock position. I can't tell from your description whether you have one problem or two. Perhaps the convenience relay is bad, perhaps the electrical switch which is part of the door lock is bad, perhaps the window switch is bad.

You cannot swap the rear window switch in, it is different from the front window switch. On your car only the front windows have express down. I have seen the switches stick in the express position, but I assume you would notice that. Try swapping the two front window switches to see if that makes a difference.
