Casey, I think Mauri mentioned the number 500 but I don't know if that was USD or EUR. Given the labor involved, it's probably worth it to buy them pre-fabbed unless you have the skill and a LOT of free time.

mdisav, I had my stock 603 manifolds Jet-Hot (ceramic) coated inside & out, including the trap replacement pipe. See photos below.

Brian, I thought the curb weight (from 1987) was with no passengers and no luggage, but a full tank of fuel. I've never been able to get any confirmation on this though. Beware truck scales, they are designed to weigh tens of thousands of pounds and are nowhere near accurate enough to weigh a car when you want a number within, say, 25lbs of actual. Maybe a recycling place that weighs pickuptruck loads of stuff would have a better scale. This is on my "to do" list, as I want an accurate weight for my car to enter into the AP-22 to generate RWHP numbers. The AP-22 adds two extra calibrations, rolling resistance and Cd, to make the number more accurate than the G-Tech's. (I haven't done the other 2 settings yet - need weight first.) Official weights of the 87 diesel 124 is 3375 sedan and 3670 wagon, per the USA sales brochure.
