As long as the position of the place where the tap occured is UP in relationship to gravity you will be pulling vapor...
Since I was among those who recommended a side tapper lately I wanted to be sure it was the concept of pulling from the vapor area was mentioned.... as compared to the blanket statement about which way the can was pointing...
I have not heard of any atomizers... and they will not atomize if only liquid refrigerant under pressure is supplied to them...
Compressors are way expensive in my book.....
