yeah once you have the intake off of your rig you will see how stupid EGR valves are on diesels. I flushed and brushed mine for 2hrs removing all of the crap.
I drilled and tapped my manifold and put a pipe plug in place of the EGR.
I'll get some pics, I have a digital camera now!!
