Its actually not tinted. Just black on black so it give the appearance of being lightly tinted in some lighting conditions.
Here in NJ we cant tint the front door windows at all. We will fail inspection, and can be pulled over at any moment and given a $45 ticket for it. Since I cant tint the whole car, i just left it alone.
As far as chrome wheels, they arent my thing. I'm not into the "bling" factor.
