check the convenience relay, it is the purple colored one in the fuse box under the rear cover of the fuse box in front of the drivers side below the windshield, i believe there are two relays of that color there, the one i am talking about is the one closet to the fuses, swap it with the other one and see if your seats and other things work, if it is the relay let me know i think i may have an extra one somewhere, let us know what you find.
