If you've done it before it's piece of cake, if not it's nearly impossible...

I would start with gently working the triangular piece of vinyl molding from the front top of the panel. try sliding it up. Then take a flat screwdriver and work the seat control panel forward. There's a lot more to it than that, and I'd recommend taking a look at the CD. Somebody's got the CD's on the net, try searching this site for CD.
