The quote probably included, I hope, cleaning up the broken glass. This is a very important part of the operation and should be done meticulously. Tiny bits of glass get into the seats and rug and over time will tear the seats and rug apart if not cleaned up properly. I tell people who we have repaired their cars who have had broken windows to vaccum their interiors at least a couple of times to avoid problems down the road. I personally run our shop vac numerous times over the affected areas, but if you look in the sun at the right angle, you will always see a bit of reflection.
