Right now the decision is purely a financial one.

[1] Tho' the wider tires would look waaay cool, I don't want the chrome rims; I want to stick with the AMG credo: "monochromatic"

[2] Selling the chrome 17" wheels will more than finance the 16" paint/polish/new tire venture (plus some left over for Eibach springs on 4 corners and Koni shocks up front).
