I wouldn't base power estimates on a video of an uncalibrated speedometer with no stopwatch visible, and no shot of the road ahead (downhill?)... lots of room for error there.
A performance computer of some kind (properly set up!) is preferable, or a dragstrip, or a dyno. Alternately, a GPS-checked speedo plus a stopwatch can be pretty useful on a FLAT road.

I don't post vids of downhill acceleration...really no point other than to impress with false info.

As I have disclosed before, at about 60MPH the speedo is about 2-3MPH off (larger tires doing most of the compensating for the speedo swap) as verified by my GPS.
I would put a GPS, a stopwatch, and the road all in the picture but then you wouldn't see anything of the dash, etc. I am only using my digital picture cam...don't have anything else.
I would presume the video speed is 1:1 because I never played with FPS...whatever time is on there is time in my car..
I can see a lot of room for error but I have taken care of almost all of it...assuming you don't need verified 1/4mile times on a scanned piece of paper to prove my performance
My friends 160HP Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme with an automatic transmission is almost matched performance wise to my car (remember this is a gasser) and is a slightly lighter car. Previous to my adjustments he would usually smoke me off the line and clear through the speed range.
Now I have him off the line and can just barely pull away from him clear past 80...
