Late Friday night I put in a parts info request, fully expecting that I would have my answer some time on Monday because of the weekend. Instead, a request from Phil was in my email when I turned the computer on early this morning. I answered the email, and again assumed that because of the weekend it would be Monday, but the info I needed was emailed 3 hours later. Way to go, Phil: This is the type of service that makes this site spectacular!
It was especially appreciated because this morning I phoned a Nakamichi dealer in a city 35 miles away to see if they had the head unit I wanted. They said they 'probably' had it in stock!?! I asked where they were located, and they replied "In the phone book, look it up!" (as if I have a hard copy phone book for a city 35 miles away - they weren't listed on the Yahoo yellow pages or business look ups)
At this point, I would swim to Japan to buy the unit at factory list price before buying from this rude dealer at ANY price.
Service and attitude really do make a difference!
