You can mix 50/50 in a jar and put in fridge (if the wife will let you) and see when it starts to cloud (temperature).Temperature is an important factor to consider. I loose a little power running straight veggie - it does not bother me but that's a personal preferance - once I'm up to highway speeds it's not an issue.
