Yep.Black specks in the fuel line,or glack goop in the fuel filter means algea.Never run into it myself before though and I'm wondering.Once you've put the algeacide in you'r tank.Does it just kill the algea,meaning you'll still get plugged filters untill you've run it all out of you'r fuel system?Or does that stuff disolve the algea also?
