The thrust link/arm is the one you are describing. The arm comes with the bushings and is around $40, fastlane should have them. There has been many discussions on this topic. Do a search on rear suspension or rear links...
BTW, are those polyurethane bushings? where did you get them? As I understand it, sometimes they make noises.
