Evidently this is the fastest ramp up in power we know of - somethings going on here - the explanations seem a little bit like the guys giving them have their fingers crossed under the table.
On a better note - Gasoline demand dropped 31/2% in Sept on the price spike, so we can know sense starts to set in at about $3.00, but if this sucker turns for the oil patch somehow - I'm gonna dig a bunker.
