I know a fellow down south who gets 50+ gallons a week from one catfish restaurant. Good stuff too, it seems the fish don't taste good if you let the oil get stale.
I think competition from the renderers will become a real problem for us when the renderers start collecting it for free. As long as they want the restaurants to pay them for accepting the raw material, homebrewers have a way to compete with them.
