Can anyone recommend a good shop for a pre-purchase inspection in central or southern new jersey?

I'm seriously considering a W123 and i am considering a ppi although i've never had one done before...

how do you usually work it out with the owner? leave a deposit and the title?

what is a standard price for this service?
