Hey Karl. The engine plugs are on both sides of the engine towards the front. They are 6mm hex that go in verical; they completely drain both cyl banks. Watch not to loosen the wrong fasteners. It would be best to look at a sevice cd for their exact local. If no heat is the complaint, ck your heater valve. Use the search format. Hope this helps.
