1 Reverse Light out (wiring trouble W123)

Hi Everyone,

I have a newly acquired 1982 280E that I'm going to need to get to pass our local MotorVehicle safety inspection. The only problem I see is that only 1 Reverse light works (yes I checked the and it's good), When I shift into Reverse, the right(Pass) side Reverse light comes on but not the Drivers side (L), also the Right Brake light goes dim (this is with the headlights on aswell) and when you are inside the car the Right Turn signal illuminates dimly and steadily. The steady parking lights for L or R (these are the options Left of the Off position on the headlight switch) also don't work, and there is no wiring going to rear fog lamp. I don't know if that has anything to do with how the reverse light works.

The car is in beautiful shape and has zero Rust so I'm baffled about what could be wrong and have no clue where to start, I was thinking maybe a ground, but don't know where to start. The wiring seems simple enough (but an Old CJ I had did too and could never chase down bad grounds; but it was really rotted bad). All other electronics seem to function flawlessly, radio, headlight leveler, etc.

Anyhow thanks for any advice or pointers on where to get started.
