I have to agree with JRB, here. The damage to that area definately doesn't seem like it was caused by another vehicle or rock. The indentations on the C-pillar is about the right shape of a baseball bat. Maybe you can use a pry-bar to get the body back into the right shape, followed by either serious bondo, or an expensive trip to a body shop. :\
