Its a 280SL, 1983 (Euro), R107 chassis. Should be the same from 73 to 89 model years 280, 500, 450, 380, 560 SL. Assuming that the best way to lift this era hardtop is from the roof rack mounts, I'm looking for used harness that will do that (don't really want anything that compresses the weatherstripping). If other attachment methods work as well, then I'm flexible. Will consider entire unit at right price. What have you gathering dust and taking up space? Thanks.
