Biodiesel ate the gasket on my fuel filler neck!
 
I am running biodiesel in my 350SD. It really likes it and the fuel lines seem to be just fine (not soft), but the natural rubber gasket around the fuel filler neck has partially dissolved. What a mess!

I am using a piece of cling wrap with a twist tie now.

Where can I get a replacement gasket that is made of Viton or some other biodiesel resistant material?

Getting sample of Viton sheet
 
I ordered a sample of Viton sheet to make a gasket to replace the melted one. If it works I will buy some sheet and sell the gaskets online.
