sorry to re-open this

But I now have an issue. The system has been working great. But now that I use my heater, I get NO flow to the back. So, What is going on.
I have hooked it in like in the infopop forum, In my truck there is more than eneough flow. Why when the heater is on, do I not get any flow. 60 miles, and the hoses were cold. Turned off the heater, and you could feel the hoses heating. What did I do wrong, or what is broken?
Thanks
Doug

Went out and looked at this. The heater, and the SVO are in paralell. So the water will go path of least resistance. Is this a water pump issue? Or do I need to restrict the flow from the heater to increase it to the SVO? Or will placing a pump in the system do it?

Which side of the aux water pump are you returning on? If its behind the pump (between the pump and thermostat housing) perhaps your pressurizing your loop with the flow from the aux pump.

Although that said mine is tee-d in between the pump and the housing and mine seems to work fine. Of course it could be that my aux water pump isn't working, I haven't really bothered to verify that it is.

Where is the aux. water pump?

I do not know where this is. Am not sure thta I knew there was one. The return line is plummbed in to the rubber hose that comes from the heater and goes in below the t-stat.
