Svo and diesel secret energy

Has anyone tried Diesel Secret Eneregy. This product is suppused to make SVO safe to use without an expensive conversion. It basically thins the SVO, raises the cetane level, and adds detergents. thats the only straight forward info i get. They have testamonials and all that. They tell you that it is non toxic and can be shipped ups.You add the stuff to the SVO until your desired consistancy is achived. They claim it is safe for all rubber parts unlike bio diesel. They also claim that biodiesel production is toxic with the use of lye and methane. Im sure bio diesel is not nearly as toxic as regular diesel, but it may not be something to make in the back yard. I guess it depends on how big of a back yard you have. Some one must know what this stuff is.
Go to dieselsecret.com or do a search for diesel secret energy.

Yeah here ill give you the $40 recipe.
1 gallon of gasoline 1 gallon of kerosene 2oz of diesel power service cetane boost and the magic potion they sell for $12 all this added to the cooking oil.

This will run fine without their magic potion in a mercedes diesel. But NOT in newer diesel technology say mercedes CDI or VW TDI or jeep CRD.

this is just an old european thinning trick they did to run in older indirect diesels like old benz or old vw diesels

Yep

Greasy Benz has got it correct. I've seen small variations to that recipie but I did my research on it. Its a joke, scam, what ever you want to call it. If you are going to do SVO do SVO. If you need to mix it beyond the small amounts of RUG to your WVO just go ahead and make the bio-diesel.

How much SVO?

Hey greazybenz-how much SVO do you add 1 gallon RUG, 1 gallon kerosene, 2oz cetane booster to?

Can you use wvo (filtered of course)?

that mix is to every 20gallons of cooking oil. Yes wvo can be used as long as its filtered. Remember this is only for indirect diesel mercedes and older VW diesels this may run in newer vehicles but will cause some serious damage!

'82 240d

Can you foresee any problems running this mixture in an '82 240d? It's running great now on regular diesel, but I've been wanting to try wvo...

Heat your veggie oil of suffer engine failure or just make bio diesel. If this "snake" oil really worked, then why does everybody spend a 1-2k on a 2 tank conversion to heat the oil??
